I haven’t received my email

We recommend that you check your Spam or Junk folder in your email because occasionally PDF attachments received from new email addresses can be held there. If you are unable to find your email in your Spam or Junk folder then please email [email protected] and one of our customer service team will help further. I can’t find any emails from you

Where will the emails be sent?

All emails from the Positive Change Company will be sent to the email address you provided when you registered with our website.

I can’t read the email

How often will I receive emails from you?

The number of emails you receive from us will depend which version of the program you purchased from us.

Can I change the day/time I receive emails from you?

The emails we send to all of our customers are set to send at a specific time which unfortunately we are unable to change for individuals.

Do I have to have the information by email?

Yes, our program is only accessible by email. If you don’t have any email address you can create a free one using an online service such as Google Mail or Hotmail.

Once I have paid, when do I get my first chapter?

You will receive the first chapter the very same day you make your payment.

PDFs

Are the pdf’s safe to open?

Yes the PDF’s are safe to open. However, we would always recommend you have to up to date ant-virus software on your device to ensure any email you receive does not contain a virus.

There is nothing attached to the email

I can’t open the pdf

Please check you have the appropriate software installed on your device to open PDF’s. If you don’t then you can download some free software, we would suggest searching on Google or Bing and assessing customer reviews before downloading any software.

Can I save the pdf for later?

Absolutely. Towards the top left hand corner of the PDF should be an option to save the document to your desktop PC or laptop.

Can I print the pdf’s?

Yes, the PDF’s are printable.

Money

How do I know that my bank details will be safe?

We hold a merchant banking facility with Barclays Bank and our online payments are processed by Sagepay, two of the most secure online payment providers in the world.

Will you share my details with anyone else?

We don’t share any of our customer’s details with third parties unless you have given us permission to do so when you registered with us. If you wish to change the status of your permission please email [email protected] and one of our customer service team will help further.

Can I pay by cheque?

No, we only accept online payments right now.

Can I pay by cash?

No, we only accept online payments right now.

What should I do if I don’t have a PayPal account?

We provide two options to make payment. Customers can either use Paypal or pay directly through the site very securely using our Sagepay option.

How do I get in touch with you if I need help?

Please visit our ‘Contact Us’ page where your options to contact us are listed.

Can I actually speak to someone?

We politely request that all enquiries or questions are submitted to us by email or our forms on the ‘Contact Us’ page. Once we understand your request if there is a need to discuss anything over the phone our team will call you at our cost.

Someone else has put something on the Facebook page I disagree with or think unfair/inaccurate. How do I get it take off?

Do you have any other products?

Not at the moment but we are working on it!

Once I have completed the program, can I still stay part of the Facebook community?

Absolutely, in fact we’d love you stay and contribute to our community!

How do I know that what you say is accurate?

We are qualified by examination at a Master/senior level, we also have 15 years experience. We have many years Performance Coaching commercial experience at a very senior level too and have been appointed by the UK Government previously. These combined enable us to demonstrate our competency.
